Very nice establishment! I decided to check them out after having bad experiences at other salons in the area. I called to make an appointment and they were very helpful, the salon is spacious and welcoming and they appear to be reasonably priced. I plan to keep going there
Very disappointed! I been getting service done at this salon for 1 year, a gel manicure, pedicure and (Full set twice at this salon), and lately my nails started lifting and peeling the same day. I paid good money expecting my polish to last, but it literally came off like nothing. I work typing all day, but that’s never been a problem anywhere else I’ve gone — so that’s not an excuse. I’m really unhappy with the quality of their products or application. I give a 2 star because they are very sweet people. For my full set - not even my French tips was pretty, I showed a picture, how I wanted my French tips thin and she did it very thick line. I don’t think she understands English when I talk to her because it’s always the opposite when I tell her I don’t like something. I’m not even picky because I feel bad to complain but this was my last straw for me on Saturday with good tip.
I enjoy this nail salon, Tina is so sweet and friendly and Kathy who does my nails is so very talented and also does great lash extensions. I have tried other nail salons but I always end up making the almost 45min drive to Nail Envy. It's the quality, I don't have the time to come every 2 weeks it ends up being 3-4weeks between refills and while my nails grow out they don't lift, or break off. I have asked for all types of designs and never once has Kathy said she can't/won't do it even if she hasn't done it before she says "let's try" and then nails it.
When I get my nails done, its important for me to sit with someone who makes me feel wanted and comfortable. Tina is so sweet and does a beautiful job! I will be coming back as a regular :) also forget to mention how beautiful my nails turned out! I recommend making an appointment
I come here to get my nails done when I’m home from school and they always do a great job. Kathy is amazing at designs but everyone who works there is great at doing acrylics. Decently priced too.
